Who we are
Againta is the data controller for the personal data described on this page. We are based at Øregårds Alle 27, 2900 Hellerup, Denmark. For any question about privacy or about your data, write to bjorn@againta.com.
What we collect
Data you send us. Every contact option on this site, including booking a conversation and signing up for the newsletter, opens your own email program. Nothing is submitted through forms on our servers. When you write to us, we receive your name, your email address and whatever your message contains.
Technical data. This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads no third party scripts or fonts when you visit. The provider that hosts the site may record technical data such as IP addresses in ordinary server logs for security and operations.
Business contacts. When we work with a customer, we process ordinary contact details of the people we collaborate with: name, role, work email and phone number, and the correspondence we exchange.
Why we process it
To answer your inquiry and prepare a possible collaboration.
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b), steps taken prior to entering into a contract.
To send you our newsletter when you have asked for it.
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(a), consent. You can withdraw it at any time by replying to any newsletter email.
To manage the relationship with the people we work with at customer companies.
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b), contract, and Article 6(1)(f), our legitimate interest in serving our customers.
To keep our website secure and available.
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f), legitimate interest.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries for as long as it takes to handle them and a reasonable period after. We keep business contact data for the duration of the customer relationship. Where the law requires longer retention, for example bookkeeping rules, we follow the law.
Sharing and links
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for marketing. The only parties that touch the data described here are the providers that host our website and handle our email.
This site links to external websites, such as LinkedIn and official EU sources. Their privacy policies apply on their pages. Some links on the site open third party AI assistants with a prefilled question about Againta. No data about you is passed in those links.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can:
- Ask for access to the data we hold about you
- Ask us to correct or delete it
- Ask us to restrict how we process it
- Object to processing based on legitimate interest
- Receive the data you gave us in a portable format
- Withdraw consent at any time
Write to bjorn@againta.com and we will respond. If you believe we handle your data incorrectly, you can complain to Datatilsynet, the Danish supervisory authority.
Changes
If our practices change, we update this page and the date at the top.
